1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product is not marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
Products that are not eligible for return:
- Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images and your order number via email
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Reverse pickup may be arranged based on service availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we bear the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges or other reasons, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
